If a product is temporarily out of stock, you will be informed by our customer support via phone or email. Please note that the above mentioned delivery timings are estimates and not guaranteed.Order CancellationIf you wish to make any changes to the order you have placed or cancel it, please let us know as soon as possible after placing the order by contacting our customer support. Orders cannot be changed or cancelled once they have been delivered.Damages ClaimIn case of a damaged product, you are requested to inform us about it within 24 hours to claim an exchange for your purchased product. The same product will be delivered at the mentioned address by means of our free home delivery service. Any claim after the mentioned time frame, will not be entertained.Order Return / Exchange PolicyOnce an order has been delivered to you but you wish to exchange it due to any of the mentioned reasons below, you may do so within 7 days after receiving the order. The accepted reasons of exchange are:Incorrect article quantity.Color and design differs from the displayed product. Size and dimensions of the article are different than as communicated.For COD orders, you will be refunded your amount via bank transfer. If your credit card has been charged for the purchase and your order is cancelled, KSP SAFES shall refund you your amount through bank procedure, after deducting 3.5% bank charges, which may take up to 7 working days. Cash refund is only applicable for COD purchases in Karachi. You van visit our outlet and claim your refund. Please note the refund amount will be transferred after deducting any delivery costs that KSP SAFES has incurred.If you claim for an exchange of your purchased product, a replacement product will be dispatched right after the original item has been received by our team. Delivery charges for the replacement will be borne by the customer.Or you can come to any of our outlets with the original invoice of the order.The exchanged goods must be in new condition and returned in original packaging along with all the included accessories.
