Eligibility for Return:

  • Returns must be initiated within 14 days of receiving the product.
  • The product must be in its original packaging, unused, and in resalable condition.
  • Customized or special-order products are not eligible for return.

Return Process:

  • To initiate a return, please contact our customer service team at info@ksp.com.pk to obtain a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) number.
  • Include the RMA number on the return label or package to ensure your return is processed efficiently.
  • Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer unless the return is due to a defect or error on our part.

Refunds:

  • Once we receive and inspect the returned product, we will process your refund within 7-10 business days.
  • Refunds will be issued to the original payment method used at the time of purchase.
  • Please note that shipping charges are non-refundable.

Exchanges:

  • If you wish to exchange your product for a different model or size, please follow the return process and place a new order for the replacement product.

Damaged or Defective Products:

  • If you receive a damaged or defective product, please contact our customer service team immediately.
