Cash refund is only applicable for COD purchases in Karachi. You van visit our outlet and claim your refund. Please note the refund amount will be transferred after deducting any delivery costs that KSP SAFES has incurred.If you claim for an exchange of your purchased product, a replacement product will be dispatched right after the original item has been received by our team. Delivery charges for the replacement will be borne by the customer.Or you can come to any of our outlets with the original invoice of the order.The exchanged goods must be in new condition and returned in original packaging along with all the included accessories.
