KSP Pallet Racking Systems are among the most widely used storage solutions for ready-to-ship and palletized cargo. These high-rise shelving systems are typically monolithic structures, constructed using robust steel profiles and pallets, and connected through horizontal and vertical tie rods and beams to ensure maximum strength and stability.
Pallet racks are designed for use with forklifts and other material handling equipment, allowing direct access to any pallet at any position. This makes them highly efficient for warehouses requiring fast picking, flexibility, and organized storage.
The pallet racking system offers a large span and high load-bearing capacity. The span (length) of each rack level is primarily determined by the pallet size, with typically two pallets stored per shelf level. Due to the heavy load requirements, special attention is given to structural stability. Rack uprights are securely fixed to the floor using ground expansion anchor bolts to ensure safety and rigidity.
The number of rack levels can be customized according to the warehouse height and pallet height, enabling optimal utilization of vertical space.
